Birth Doula Support

I am here to support you through your pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience. I come with no judgements and no agenda - I am specifically here to meet you where you are and help you build and achieve your unique vision. I am available to those in Portland and the surrounding areas, (I can travel to Washington County, Clackamas County, Multnomah County..) I live in Southwest Portland, and am willing to travel probably as far as an hour and a half away - but I have also been trained to offer services virtually as well thanks to Covid.  So that extends the radius if people might be looking for virtual support.  

I offer continuous support and evidence based information so that you can make informed decisions along the way.

- Emotional, physical, and educational support during pregnancy, birth and postpartum

- 3 Prenatal visits (2 virtual, 1 in-person)

- On-demand childbirth education and Preparation - this information will also be in your prenatal appointments, but i’m always here for the questions that pop up along the way.

- Assistance with completion of “Birth Plan” (Birth Preferences)

- Unlimited phone, text, and email support (can accommodate this support over zoom or facetime as schedules allow!)

- 24-hour on-call availability from 37 weeks until birth

- Continuous birth support

- 1 postpartum visit to process birth and answer any immediate questions - If you are interested in booking some additional postpartum Support, please look at my available postpartum services.

I strongly believe that we could all benefit from extra Support. we need our village  - particularly in such a transformative period in life - birthing a child.  Let me be a part of your village.
